SKYLARC’S RADIO SPECTRUM ONLINE AUCTION

A short term right to licence within a TLA for the frequency range 3300 - 3320 MHz

This auction is being held on behalf of the Crown through the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment's Radio Spectrum Management team. Note that the start price is also the reserve price.

This right is for initial 6-month licensing access to 3300 - 3320 MHz in the Palmerston North City TLA. This right will be available from auction completion to 31 December 2023. Licences created within this period will be valid for up to 10 years from 1 July 2023.

This right is referred to as lot 32.2 in the auction catalogue. The winning bidder will be able to licence within the indicated timeframe. Winning bidders will be required to sign a contract with the Crown illustrating this 6-month right.

Please note any licences granted will be subject to an additional resource charge and implementation requirements to maintain access. Winning bidders will need to sign a contract with the Crown agreeing to this.
