Engine only, no fuel tank included. No pull cord Assembly attached so assuming its electric start type. Electric starter not included.
Appears to be no or little oil in engine, dip stick is very clean, see photo. Appears to have been opened from box but never installed but cannot verify. Some light dust from open box storage.
Includes manual and original box.
