300mm Diameter Heavy Duty Trolley Wheel Assembly.
Cast steel wheel with 22mm thick yellow material of unknown type.
Mounting plate is of 190x150x12mm plate steel with mounting holes spaced 160x120mm apart on centre.
Yellow outer material shows no obvious rolling usage wear so wheel possibly is unused but shows finish wear and dust from Workshop storage.
