Portable Petrol Water Pump, Missing engine components!

Unknown manufacturer, model, and pump capacities.
90mm diameter inlet, 80mm diameter outlet.
Note that the pull cord starter assembly is missing, and speed control lever is missing athe cable connection to engine, see photos. Engine is untested.
