2x 3-Ton Capacity Vertical Plate Clamps.
Yellow clsmp is Wellculip model VC-30 clamp with 3-ton capacity and jaw capacity of 0-35mm.
Orange clap is missing ID plate but is nearly identical in design to yellow clamp so likely is a Wellculip brand ckamp as well.
Both are rusty.
