Medium Duty Double Sided Steel Shelving Unit.
Non-adjustable angled shelves on both sides of unit.
Base foot extensions have been added to base to raise height of unit.

Condition - Shelf unit shows generally mild usage and wear. Some surface dust. Welds on added base feet are weak resulting them to bend easily (as you can see in the photos) so they may need removing or added welding to strengthen.
