HP ProBook 650 G1 Laptop Computer, Faulty, will not power on

HP ProBook 650 G1 Laptop Computer.
This unit will not power on. No lights or sounds from unit when power button is pressed. Reasons for fault are unknown.
Processor specs unknown though assume they may be similar to our other 650 G1 laptops we are currently auctioning.
There is NO storage hard drive, RAM, or charging cable included with this unit.
Exterior casing in very good condition showing some generalky mild usage marks.
