Condition - Vacuum unit itself operates normally and shows mild usage and is in excellent condition. Unfortunately the powered floor head unit has a faulty spinning brush as one end of the brush has a stuck bearing and won't freely rotate. This jammed bearing will force the main Vacuum to shut down after starting. Vacuum operates normally with spinning brush removed. A Replacement brush appears needed to use the powered head.
